Yes, we currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

If you need to change your size, address, or item, contact us as soon as possible at official.calivon@gmail.com or +91 79841 79317. We can accommodate changes only before your order has been dispatched, so please reach out right away.

We offer a one-time return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, on eligible items. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange — except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item, which are always covered. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Email us at official.calivon@gmail.com or call +91 79841 79317 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request. Please wait for our approval before sending anything back.

For prepaid orders, a flat ₹100 reverse-shipping fee is deducted from your refund for an approved return (not for exchanges). If our reverse pickup isn't available at your pincode, you can self-ship the item and we'll reimburse your shipping cost up to ₹150.

COD refunds are paid out via bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide. Any COD handling charge collected at checkout is non-refundable.

Once your returned item passes a quality check, we initiate your refund within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at official.calivon@gmail.com.

Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item, subject to availability, and are only available once per order.

Check our Size Guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Our scrubs are made from a Polyester-Viscose blend, chosen for breathability, softness, and durability through repeated washing — details are listed on each product page.

For best results: machine wash with like colors, avoid bleach, and avoid high heat. Washing with similar care as other workwear will help preserve color and fit over time.
