Refund policy

Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be happy with your CALIVON order. We offer a one-time return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, on eligible items, as described below.

What's Eligible

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with your order confirmation or receipt.

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. This exclusion does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — those remain covered regardless of sale status, as described in "Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items" below.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at official.calivon@gmail.com or +91 79841 79317 with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, a flat reverse-shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount for an approved return. This deduction applies only to returns, not exchanges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds will be paid out via bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide. Any COD handling charge collected at the time of order placement is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at official.calivon@gmail.com or call +91 79841 79317 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Please do not send items back to us before your request has been reviewed and approved — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available. If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you may self-ship the item to us at the address below; reverse shipping charges you pay will be reimbursed up to ₹150 upon sharing the courier invoice with our support team.

Processing Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to a size change on the same item, subject to availability. Once your original item is picked up (or received at our address, if self-shipped), we will dispatch the replacement size.

Processing Returns and Refunds

Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5 business days to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders, as described above). Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at official.calivon@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to sale items, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered, or that are missing original tags or packaging.
